Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ML Career Simulator (the "Service"), an online educational platform available at this website. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ML Career Simulator is a gamified online course: a career simulation in which you complete machine-learning modules, quizzes and interview practice. The first 2 modules and the Junior interview track are free. Full access is provided by paid subscription.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Subscription and payments

• Full access costs $20 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (WayForPay or Stripe). We do not store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time via the "Subscription" button in the app; access remains until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.

4. Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged by mistake, or the Service does not work for you — contact us at support@mlsimulator.com within 14 days of the charge and we will resolve the issue, including a refund where applicable.

5. Intellectual property

All course content (texts, illustrations, quizzes, interview materials, certificates) is the property of the Service and is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. Copying, redistributing or reselling the content is not allowed.

6. Certificates

The "Middle-track ML Engineer" certificate confirms completion of the course modules. It is an educational document of the Service and is not an accredited state qualification.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific career outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
